Team Effort International was conceived and brought to reality with
the combined efforts of numerous dedicated, loyal and focused
Independent Representatives. The goal and mission to participate in a
company "committed to make a difference" in the lives of all present
and future representatives and their communities. Team Effort
International is a privately held, debt-free corporation. The company
is owned by a team of individuals with many years of successful
corporate experience combined with that of network marketing.
Our founders Mel Gill and Karen Kester are paid as representatives.
They receive no salaries or bonuses. Since Team Effort was created by
representatives for representatives, the result is a company and
revolutionary pay plan designed for the representatives. The founders
decided when the company was born to give the majority of all
corporate profits back to the representatives to make a difference in
their lives and in the lives of those around them in the form of
profit- sharing bonuses. Rather than these profits going to the owners
or even to high business overhead, they are paid back out to the field
in the form of profit- sharing.
To maximize this profit - sharing for the representatives, we've
taken advantage of technology and created an online company. This is
being done by eliminating the need for high traditional overhead. Just
like many other large companies today, we are taking advantage of
technology by moving towards the majority of business and customer
support being done online. Many companies have recognized that doing
business online is more efficient, cost-effective, and profitable.
We've utilized this concept to pass along savings to the customer and
to increase profit- sharing to the independent representatives.
