About Company (This is info from the company website, not our

The Regal Ware success story began in 1945 when James
O. Reigle purchased the Kewaskum Aluminum Company. Reigle retooled the
plant, which had been doing military work, to produce one quart and
one-and-one-half quart stainless steel sauce pans. Armed with his
two-pan product line, over 20 years of successful sales and management
experience, and a powerful drive to succeed, Reigle built one of the
largest and most respected names in the housewares industry.
Within the first ten years, Regal Ware grew to include
a variety of rangetop cookware, coffeemakers and electric appliances.
Phenomenal growth began with the establishment of sales offices
throughout the United States and the acquisition of additional
manufacturing facilities and their accompanying product lines.
During James D. Reigle’s reign as President, Regal
Ware made several bold acquisitions that helped solidify its position
as a world leader in housewares. In 1979 they acquired Saladmaster a
direct selling subsidiary. This acquisition helped strengthen Regal
Ware’s already impressive Direct Sales Division. In 1982 the company
became a major force in the small appliance field through the addition
of motor driven appliances to its electrics line. Regal Ware expanded
its aluminum capabilities in 1984 with the purchase of Club Products
Company.
In 1992 the Regal Swan joint venture added high
quality porcelain-on-steel cookware to the extensive rangetop
assortment and opened the door for the company to expanded marketing
efforts in England and Europe.
Quality and value are the hallmarks of the Regal Ware
product assortment. The company has focused on multi-layered stainless
steel food preparation products with an emphasis on health and
nutrition. Its diverse housewares line also includes a wide variety of
water purifiers and water filtration systems for domestic as well as
international markets. Regal Ware’s direct selling representatives
pioneered in-home demonstration as the most efficient and personalized
way to communicate the benefits of each product. The innovative
Kitchen Nutrition direct sales marketing program supports a nationwide
consultant network with sophisticated training and collateral sales
materials.
The Engineered Product Services division of Regal
Ware, which began in the late 1990’s, is dedicated to providing
contract manufacturing customers with exceptional value. Its expertise
in core manufacturing processes and dedication to continuous
improvement combine to achieve world-class results. Engineered Product
Services specializes in metal stamping and drawing, polishing and
buffing, automated paint and nonstick coating applications and
assembly capabilities. The company has earned a reputation as a
top-rate manufacturer because of its highly skilled employees,
state-of-the-art equipment, and commitment to excellence.
Regal Ware’s prosperity can be attributed in part to
its dedication to the customer and also to its strong heritage. Born
of the vision of J.O. Reigle and the other founders, the company has
thrived for over fifty five years because of the integrity and skills
of the hundreds of employees and partners who have embraced that
vision. Together, they have helped to make Regal Ware a trusted and
respected name in housewares. And together, they will carry on the
Regal legacy for years to come. The story of Regal Ware’s past is
really about its present and its future. In the words of James O.
Reigle, “Remember, the past is only a stepping stone into the glorious
future."
