About Company (This is info from the company website, not our
comments. Look below for our rating.) |
Oasis was born out of the shared vision of the right people in the
right place with the massive financial and natural resources to make
their vision a reality. But it all began with the dream of one man,
Bill Lee, founder of Oasis LifeSciences and one of Asia's wealthiest
businessmen. Bill is the personification of the legacy that his
father created with his mission, "To bring the best of science and
nature to mankind." As Chairman of Namyang Aloe Co. Ltd., one of
Korea's largest direct selling companies, Aloecorp, the world's
largest aloe producing company, Unigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a
pharmaceutical research and development laboratory and Unigen, one of
Asia's largest natural products research facilities, he has been
responsible for the creation of new protocols in quality control and
new uses for plants in medicines and health care products. He actually
is bringing the best of science and nature to mankind. Bill believes
that with success comes
the responsibility to help others. In addition to the many
research grants and scholarships that Bill and his companies have
awarded, since 1998 he has donated more than 600 tons of rice to feed
those in need.
The greatest leaders lead by example, and that is what Bill Lee has
done for Oasis. Oasis is a company of caring and sharing, a
company that is dedicated to improving the physical and financial
health of everyone it touches.
Bill Lee's continuing vision is embodied in the company's move to
the Northwest and the purchase of 300 acres of prime real estate on
the South Puget Sound in Washington state. The company relocated as of
September 1, 2004. The company's expansion will include full daily
integration of its sister companies, Unigen and AloeCorp, under one
roof to utilize all of the companies' capabilities to ensure continued
efficient delivery of the very best to Oasis Customers and Associates.
The move
is the next step in Bill Lee's 100-year plan to bring the best of
nature to mankind, Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound
