Melaleuca, The Wellness Company is an international
manufacturer and marketer of unique health, home, and personal care
products. Our company was founded in 1985, and our name is taken from
Melaleuca Alternifolia that produces a naturally powerful essential
oil. This oil is used in many of Melaleuca's health care,
pharmaceutical, personal care, and home care products.
Since our founding, we also have developed almost 300 other products
all using natural alternatives to grocery and drugstore brands,
designed to help consumers live healthier lives. Our exceptional line
of nutritional, home cleaning, and bath and body care products has
enabled us to grow rapidly and be recognized as a leader in the
wellness industry. Our corporate headquarters are in Idaho Falls,
Idaho, USA, yet our influence extends around the world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to "Enhance the lives of those we touch by helping
people reach their goals", and we achieve this through our unique
products and innovative home business opportunities. We love to help
families succeed, so our customers use the ease of catalog shopping
and word-of-mouth marketing to share wellness ideas with their

high-quality, everyday use products delivered to you, direct from us,

Our Organization
With more than 1,600 employees, Melaleuca is a dynamic and growing
private company located in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We have two
manufacturing centers: in Eastern Idaho we have over 395,000 square
feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, as well as a 170,000 square
foot plant in Knoxville, Tennessee, which services the Eastern U.S.
and Canada. We have international offices in Australia, Taiwan, Hong
Kong, and Japan. Our ever-ready customer support department has more
than 400 employees who process up to 80,000 orders a day.
Melaleuca's management team brings hundreds of years of product
development and marketing expertise from companies such as Procter and
Gamble, J.C. Penney, Delta Airlines, Lever Brothers, Cox
Communications, Coca Cola, and Franklin Covey.
